1. Current Services
At present, DLREA primarily provides property information and facilitates connections between buyers, builders, developers, channel partners, and real estate professionals.
Currently, no payment is required to browse property information or submit enquiries through our website.
2. Future Paid Services
If DLREA introduces paid services such as memberships, premium listings, advertising, lead generation, or other subscription-based services, the applicable pricing, cancellation, and refund terms will be clearly displayed before payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments.
- Incorrect payment due to a technical error.
- Payment processed successfully but the purchased service was not delivered due to a system issue.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
